Thousands of years ago, the ancient yogis developed spiritual techniques for the fulfillment of wishes. The idea went far beyond the well-known New Year’s resolutions. It was assumed that all things must first manifest on the energetic level before they show up in our lifes in the form of better health, new love relationships or more money in the bank account. I like to do this little Kundalini Yoga meditation in the first days of the New Year. It helps me focus on what I want for the year.
