For the concentrate – makes many cups of Golden Milk:
200gacacia honeyalternatively: light rice syrup
8tspturmeric powder
2tspginger powder
2tspcinnamon powder
1tspcardamom powder
a pinch of freshly ground black pepper
For serving:
250mlunsweetened almond milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the concentrate until smooth. Fill into a clean jar with a suitable lid. The concentrate lasts at least 1 month (probably longer, but since it is gone faster and faster with us, I have no experience here ;–)
To serve, heat almond milk (I also like to mix half the milk with water). Add approx. 2 teaspoons of the concentrate per serving and stir until smooth. If necessary, froth the hot liquid with a milk frother. Serve hot.
