Greek style natural yoghurt
optionally vegan

tbsp
light honey
alternatively: maple syrup

g
strawberries
stems removed and thinly sliced
Instructions
Mix yoghurt and honey in a bowl.
Line a tupperware dish or a small baking sheet with parchment paper and fill in the yoghurt.
Spread the strawberry slices evenly over the surface.
Freeze for 5 hours. Then cut into rectangles and serve.
