COLD AVOCADO AND CUCUMBER SOUP

Ingredients
For the soup:

avocado
peeled, pitted and roughly diced

cucumber
peeled and cut into large cubes

tbsp
lime juice
500
ml
water
3
stalks of coriander
1.5
tsp
of salt
freshly ground black pepper
1
pinch
of chili powder
To serve:
3
cherry tomatoes
halved
freshly ground black pepper
some olive oil
to drizzle
Instructions
Put all the soup ingredients in the blender and puree until smooth.
Season with salt, chilli and pepper and fill into bowls.
Serve with three halved cherry tomatoes and some freshly ground black pepper, drizzle with olive oil and serve.
